National Theatre Wales yw cwmni theatr cenedlaethol cyfrwng Saesneg Cymru. Nid oes ganddo gartref parhaol, a chaiff pob sioe newydd ei chynnal ar safle gwahanol neu mewn cymuned wahanol.
Yn 2010 dewiswyd Elfen i greu brand NTW. Fe wnaethom gynllunio marc yn seiliedig ar y cysyniad o fannau perfformio a sut y byddai'r rhain yn cael eu defnyddio a'u trawsnewid gan sioeau. Yna, datblygwyd hyn yn hunaniaeth a oedd yn esblygu'n barhaus, gan ymateb i gyd-destun, themâu a phersonoliaeth cynyrchiadau.
Rydym wedi parhau i weithio gydag NTW ar gynhyrchu cyfres anturus, creadigol a diddorol o ddeunyddiau marchnata teipograffyddol, darluniadol a ffotograffig.
Enillodd y brand nifer o wobrwyon a'i chynnwys mewn llyfrau a cylchgronnau creadigol rhyngwlaol, megys The Mcnaughton Review a Cream.
National Theatre Wales is the English language national theatre company of Wales. It has no permanent home, with each new show located within a different site or community.
Elfen was chosen in 2010 to create NTW’s brand. We designed a mark based around the concept of performance spaces and how these would be occupied and transformed by shows. This was then developed into a continually evolving identity, which responds to the context, themes and personality of productions.
We have continued to work with NTW on producing an adventurous, creative and engaging body of typographic, illustrative and photographic marketing materials.
The brand has won multiple awards and featured in many international design books and journals, including The Mcnaughton Review and Cream.
